Baxter is excited to have 13 new students joining us this school year! We are blessed at Baxter to have students from so many different countries. This class is no exception with students coming from Cuba, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. Our students vary in age and in life experiences making each class very diverse and unique. This year’s freshman class has two lawyers, three teachers, and a majority of the students who have studied at a university level before joining us at Baxter. The group of 13 new students is made up of four couples and five single students. We are still awaiting the arrival of our two couples and their children from Cuba. Please be praying that they will soon be able to join their nine other classmates here at Baxter! Although our students come from so many different backgrounds, they all share a common bond and goal in Jesus Christ!
Our head of admissions, Oscar Chirinos, describes this freshman class as “a group full of desire and passion for preaching and evangelism. They are at Baxter because they have a desire to win souls for Christ and to teach others. They desire to grow in their knowledge of the Word so that they can help those that are lost.”
Please be praying for our new students as they begin their journey here at Baxter.
