Baxter welcomes mission groups! You may be coming here with a medical brigade, to work on our campus and at the Clinic, or to set up a mobile clinic in one of the neighborhoods of Tegucigalpa. You may be coming to build houses or church buildings or to repair structures that already exist. You may be coming to work with a local congregation of God’s people, to encourage them and help them with food or clothing, or to teach a VBS to their children.
#Baxtermissionbrigades2019 #baxtershorttermmissions

We encourage groups to visit with Baxter Instructor Oscar Chirinos about doing workshops or a mini-seminar for our ministry students. Individuals have given counseling sessions for those who have been physically and sexually abused; ministers and leaders visiting from the States have taught lessons on leadership and ministry issues for our students.
For whatever reason you are coming, the people will be grateful. You may be coming to serve, but you will leave having been served. You may be coming to show God’s love to the people of Honduras, but you will leave having seen the face of God in those who have nothing, but give all. You may be coming to change the world, but you will go home a changed person. And God will be glorified!
If you have questions or would like more information, please send an email to Baxtergroups@gmail.com. If you would like a more detailed list of considerations for a visit, please check out our Guide-to-Short-Term-Missions.
